LPANDA LLC provides freight transportation services, including but not limited to:
• Full Truckload (FTL) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipments

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our sole discretion.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal purposes or to transport prohibited items
You are responsible for safeguarding any account information and all activities under your account.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
• Quotes: Estimates provided are subject to change based on actual shipment details.
• Payments: Payment terms are Net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late Payments: Unpaid balances after the due date may incur interest and fees.
We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts that have outstanding unpaid balances.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
• Cancellations: Must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup. Late cancellations may incur charges.
• Modifications: Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and potential additional costs.
5. Liability & Claims
• Liability Limit: LPANDA LLC's liability is limited to the lesser of $100 or the declared shipment value unless additional coverage is explicitly requested and purchased.
• Claims: Damage or loss claims must be filed in writing within 30 days of delivery.
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic incidents, or equipment failure.
6. Insurance
LPANDA LLC strongly recommends that clients purchase additional insurance coverage for valuable shipments. We can facilitate insurance options upon request.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and data, is owned by LPANDA LLC or our licensors and protected under intellectual property laws.
8. SMS Terms of Service
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from LPANDA LLC. This includes SMS messages for appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, post-visit instructions, lab notifications, and billing notifications. Message frequency varies.
